So what is so special about cold-pressed flaxseed oil? First of all, is its unique composition. The main components are unsaturated fatty acids – alpha-linolenic up to 60% (Omega-3) and up to linoleic 20% (Omega-6), oleic up to 15% (Omega-9), which are all necessary for the human body. These fatty acids are essential, i.e., the human body cannot produce them, so there must be sufficient supply of them in food. These fatty acids are part of the cell wall composition of cells and ensure the normal supply of oxygen and other nutrients. The content of Omega-3 in cold-pressed flaxseed oil is up to 2 times more than fish oil and more compared to any other product. In addition to these valuable fatty acids, flaxseed oil is rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, E, selenium, chromium and silicon.

It has been proven that flaxseed oil has anti-carcinogenic effect and can be used for cancer prevention.

For prevention, use 1-2 table spoons daily. Positive effect will be seen after using flaxseed oil for 3-6 months.
